Services

SoCal Home Care provides ADL (activities of daily living) and IADL (instrumental activities of daily living) assistance to individuals with illnesses such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Cancer, Dementia and other debilitating diseases. Our services can also be applied to persons recovering from surgery or to augment Hospice care.

Below are examples of ADL/IADL’s that can be provided so that your loved one can maintain their independence within their own home.

Medication Reminders	Dressing Assistance
Oral Hygiene	Personal Hygiene
Bed Changes	Activities
Light Housekeeping	Laundry
Transportation	Observation/Monitoring

Live In services are recommended for those individuals that require the security and comfort of having someone in their home overnight in case of an emergency. The family is responsible for providing room and board for the caregiver.

Hourly services are provided from a minimum of 4 hours per day to round the clock care, (24 hours).
