American Society on Aging is an online resource for training, events, education and publications on aging in America. The California Association for Health Services at Home (CAHSAH) is a nonprofit association representing California’s home care providers. CAHSAH is one of the largest and oldest associations representing home care in the nation. NAHC is a trade association that represents the interests of more than 6,000 home care agencies, hospices, and home care aide organizations. Its members are primarily corporations or other organizational entities in addition to state home care associations, medical equipment suppliers, and schools. The California Partnership for Long-Term Care is an innovative program of the State of California, Department of Health Services in cooperation with a select number of private insurance companies. These companies have agreed to offer high quality policies that must meet stringent requirements set by the Partnership and the State of California. These special policies are commonly called "Partnership policies". The Alzheimer's Association is the national volunteer health agency dedicated to researching the prevention, cure and treatment of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders and to providing support and assistance to afflicted patients and their families. National Stroke Association provides information on stroke prevention, treatment rehabilitation, and research updates. AMERICAN PARKINSON DISEASE ASSOCIATION American Parkinson's Disease Association is a non-profit, voluntary health organization dedicated to research, advocacy, information and support on Parkinson's disease. The California Registry is a Free community service that has been providing senior housing and senior care facility information since 1939. An internet radio program that has been expanded to include all aspects of aging, health, family relationships, baby boomer concerns, eldercare, senior issues and all types of caregiving. A professional organization founded in 1999 by Medical Social Workers to bring a higher standard of care to seniors and families when placement is needed for Assisted Care, Residential Care or Skilled Nursing Care. Care Pathways provides short term case management , information and follow up at no cost to seniors and families when difficult choices must be made. We are a Partnership Approach to care with all Orange County Hospitals, Physician Groups and other senior services
